Now that you’ve qualified for our Program and we’ve received your Initial Option Deposit (i.e. down payment), it’s time to shop! We have selected Real Estate Professionals who are experts in their field and who understand our Program. We will match you up with the best person for the area that interests you. They will work closely with you until you find the right home for you and your family.

Once you’ve located a house, we will match you with an Investor who will purchase it for you. We will take care of all the paperwork and we will personally be with you as you go through the inspection of your new potential home. We will negotiate the deal and ensure that everything is in place for a smooth transaction.

On closing day, we will do an inspection with you and once the Option to Purchase and the Lease Agreement are signed, you will receive the keys. At that moment you can begin to treat the home as your own!
