About Us
Blue Ribbon Partnerships was created by Peter Jacobs and Doris Belland to provide creative solutions to real estate challenges.
Peter and Doris are real estate investors with nine years of combined real estate experience and nineteen years of business experience. Through their own purchases, they have developed expertise in all aspects of real estate investing. After developing their own portfolios of buy-and-hold properties, they began focussing on helping renters become homeowners. Integrity, creativity and attention to detail have all been strong factors in Peter and Doris’s success.
Both Peter and Doris have read and studied extensively in the field of real estate investing. They are members of the Ottawa Real Estate Investors’ Organization (OREIO) and the Real Estate Investment Network of Canada. Doris was the former President of ORIEO.
Peter lives in North Gower with his wife and two young boys. Doris lives in Ottawa with her husband and two young girls.
